Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyCloset: Ai mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Tyler David Piotrowski ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acknowledgment

These Terms are concluded between you and Tyler David Piotrowski only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

MyCloset: Ai offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") granting unlimited access to certain AI styling features.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Refunds: All charges are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

3. In-App Purchases and Credits

The App offers one-time in-app purchases in the form of "Credits" (e.g., 50 or 200 Credit Packs) used to process AI tagging and styling requests.

• Credits are consumable digital goods.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• If you delete your account, any remaining Credits are forfeited without refund.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content

MyCloset: Ai utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze images of your clothing and generate outfit recommendations.

• Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality recommendations, AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, contextual perfection, or appropriateness of every generated outfit.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you upload. Do not upload images containing personally identifiable information, sensitive content, or faces.

5. Maintenance and Support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
