To provide the core functionality of MyCloset: Ai, we collect the following data:

• User Content (Photos): Images of clothing and accessories you upload to build your digital closet.
• Identifiers: A unique, anonymous User ID generated to link your device to your closet data and entitlement balances.
• Purchase History: Anonymized transaction IDs provided by Apple to verify your subscription status and credit balances.

2. Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Processing

To generate tags and styling recommendations, MyCloset: Ai uses third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs.

• What data is shared: When you request an AI action, the specific images of the clothing items and your prompt are securely transmitted to our AI provider.
• No Model Training: We have strict agreements in place ensuring that your uploaded images and data are never used to train the third-party AI models. The data is processed solely to return your styling results and is immediately discarded by the AI provider.
• Control: You can limit AI processing by choosing not to use the auto-tagging or AI stylist features.

3. Financial Information

All payments, subscriptions, and credit pack purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial data. We only receive an anonymous digital receipt from Apple to unlock your features.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Our secure database provider (Supabase) to store your digital closet, which is tied to your anonymous User ID.
• AI Providers: Securely transmitted purely for the fulfillment of the styling features, as outlined in Section 2.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your uploaded closet images and data are retained as long as your account is active so you can access your wardrobe across devices.

• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your data at any time. You can trigger a complete deletion of your account, which immediately permanently purges all images, metadata, and credit balances from our active servers.
